Understand deeply
Understanding the business model before understanding the users. Understanding the business model allows you to align with users’ mental models. Happy users are good for business.
Research extensively
Consume relevant information. Never assume to know the answer. Get feedback often. There is a wealth of information out there, listen to all sides of the argument and make informed decisions.

Its okay to be wrong
Don’t get attached to ideas. Embrace being wrong. The sooner you accept that an idea is not helpful, the sooner you can pivot to a better strategy. The solution to complex problems are often simpler than you think.
